Dr. Connie Eldridge-Pederson has spent the last 34 years working with children and their families. She has worked in school, agencies, and residential centers and in a private practice setting. She is extremely interested in assisting people to find hope for growth in their lives.
Dr. Pederson has a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Oregon and a doctorate from the University of North Texas. She has worked as an instructor teaching family counseling and addiction counseling at Lewis & Clark College, Pacific University and the University of Portland.
Dr. Pederson is an Oregon Licensed Psychologist and Drug and Alcohol Counselor. She uses an interactive style of counseling. Her goal is to always establish a partnership with her clients so that they can work together to cooperatively establish and achieve goals for growth. She believes that therapy works best when a safe, trusting relationship is developed as people explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
Individual, family and group counseling are available.
